Abstract
It has not been fully agreed if mumps in pregnant woman will induce malformation in the fetus.
Authors reported a severe case of mumps in a woman of 7 months pregnancy who developed unilateral deafness and ipsilateral paralysis of vestibular function and then delivered a healthy infant without any malformations.
