Recent developments of ultrasonic electronics and nonlinear acoustics

Abstract

The recent development of “ultrasonic electronics” is introduced as the fusion of ultrasonic technology and electronics. Ultrasonic electronics has been considered as a technological breakthrough in various fields, particularly medicine. Nonlinear acoustics also contributes to the development of a basic theory necessary for creating new industrial applications of ultrasonic electronics. Micro-bubble technology and thermoacoustics are mentioned as future technologies of ultrasonic electronics.
