Beyond CMOS materials survey in ITRS 2007

Abstract

The International Technology Roadmap for Semiconductors (ITRS) 2007 has created a new chapter, “Emerging Research Materials (ERM)”. The scope of the ERM chapter is briefly summarized, and materials which may be related to beyond-CMOS devices will be introduced from among the ERM.
