Next generation super high efficiency solar cells

Abstract

To further the deployment of photovoltaics, the development of super high-efficiency, low-cost and highly reliable solar cells are very important. As the next generation super high-efficiency solar cells, III-V compound multi-junction and concentrator solar cells are promising. The research and development status and future prospects of high efficiency III-V compound multi-junction and concentrator solar cells are reviewed.
