Abstract

In recent years, various kinds of super resolution fluorescence microscope technologies have been developed. In this paper, we introduce the principle of a structured illumination microscope that achieves about twice the resolution of the conventional fluorescence microscope by applying the moire phenomenon to the fluorescence microscope.
