NAS^Ⓡ battery development trends and case studies for BCP application and CO₂ reduction

Abstract

This paper introduces the principles and features of NAS^® batteries, as well as development trends such as life extension, deterioration suppression, and high output. In addition, as an application example, a case study is provided of the independent operation of NAS^® batteries in the event of a power outage after an actual earthquake. As another example, a small-scale model consisting of clean power generators and generators is built using a simulation that includes PV, NAS^® batteries, nuclear power, etc., to show the calculation of the CO₂ reduction effect.
