In acquiring knowledge for working in the real collaboration environment, basic human factors such as empathy, analogical thought, sensitivity to environmental changes, etc., play essential roles. If these factors do not affect the knowledge acquiring process positively, the workplace will not learn, create, share, or reuse knowledge, even if they hire up-date technologies such as powerful search engines, scenario simulators, etc. This paper presents the list of required skills of human, for satisfying the conditions to activate the knowledge acquisition process based on the basic SECI model. The accelerated process by these skill are expected to en-able human to sense new values appearing in and around the team of collaborators.
