Media Information Visualization for Considering Communication Strategies

Abstract

To consider the communication strategies in crisis management, it is important to learn from best and worst cases and their causal factors. We investigate methodology which extracts useful information from the newspaper articles of the case with text mining technology. The case study results show that text mining can extract the effective reference information for communication strategies consideration.
