This paper describes the Wellness and relations of the entertainment. And we give a consideration for possibility to apply an entertainment system to wellness improvement. A concept of the health is generally thought that physical function is right, but recentry is defferent. Those should be balanced on various side, like mentality condition, human relations and social structure, that is The Wellness balance. In this paper, we report about products and studies of fitness system adding a mental merit, and think about a future of this field. Besides, we describe of Wellness entertainment system which we are building on, and grope a future image.
