This document proposes the model for service value generation based on trans-disciplinary ap-proach using the field theory concept. For service science or service innovation, the following 4 factors that are information science, knowledge science, business science and trans-disciplinary science are important for creating new services or improving service productivity and quality. This model is developed using knowledge science such as brain science or persona model and is applied for information service of hotels' WEB sites.
