Abstract
In Society 5.0, people are expected to perform tasks requiring creativity and cooperativeness, which
are difficult to replace with artificial intelligence, and non-routine tasks.
Nonaka & Takeuchi 1) advocates SECI model on organizational knowledge creation, and this model can be considered
as aggregation of learning. In this paper, we focus on learning conceptions, which is one of the factors
influencing learning strategy choice, general learning behaviors, learning outcomes, and clarify the influence of
learning conceptions at work on organizational knowledge creation.
