How Can We Facilitate Kansei Value Creation?

Abstract

This paper introduces the framework of the Kansei Value Creation Process Model proposed by the authors. Then, by looking at the process of product development from the viewpoint of the Kansei Value Creation Process Model, we consider what kind of ingenuity is necessary for product development to effectively create Kansei Value.
