Since 2005, the science of such artifacts as enterprise was mainly concerned with its physical-cyber aspect at IE&OR. This paper is further focused on its informational aspect, and gives the similar property to the physical-cyber artifacts at the pair-hierarchy view. First, the inequality of integration (Muda) vs. sharing (efficiency) is proposed and discussed on the base of information theory. Next, this numerical and harmonic solution would be given to and discussed with the case of correlation table in the class of pair-matrix. Finally, the rule (criterion) of efficiency (0.6) vs. Muda (0.4) is re-considered and re-evaluated under the coming knowledge-management society, in the vicinity of black-hall (kernel).
