Proposal of basic design method of product including services to enhance market value

Abstract

In this research, we develop a systematic method for creating new services and for the basic design of products for providing the services. The proposed method is applied to undergraduate students at a university as a case study. The result of the case study shows the usefulness of the method to create the service and to design the product in a short period.
