Abstract
I discuss the possibility and the question sociologically on thedeployment of civic tech in Japanese civic society. I deal with the present situation and the problem on the cooperation between citizen and administration and the issues to consider after the covid-19 experiences. I also argue the problem about Wikipedia especially gender gap and the democracy , additionally the accessibility to society for handicapped.
