Applying Job Function Deployment in Circular Economy Periods

Abstract

Today, global societies begin to consider shifting from mass consumption types of economy to circular types of economy which is achieved by using circularly global environment resources. Now, the concept of “co-creation” which is one of the important types of relationship between company and customer changes greatly. Therefore, management technology needs to change in the correspondent range and flow of applying the steps for changing the society, too. Job function deployment is applied to visualize business operations and consider quality assurance subjects in corporate activities. In this study, we consider new applications of job function deployment within the larger framework of society, such as utilizing job function deployment in customer activities.
