Abstract
A methodology that allows safety and security to be modeled in an integrated manner is the safety engineering methodology STAMP, which is based on systems theory. This paper explains STAMP's risk analysis method STPA and accident analysis method CAST. Furthermore, it shows the concept of safe and secure Decision Intelligence, which is a research project that takes the meaning of complex requirements and preconditions as input based on control commands (decisions) obtained from safety analysis, and then selects answers in a way that is inspired by the results.
