Abstract

GEP (Gene Expression Programming) consists of 4 groups. They are GEP, PEP (Protein Expression Programming), BEP (Biochemical Expression Programming), and MEP (Medicine Expression Programming). Gcommands for Gene Expression Programming (GEP) was created for reconstruct tissue histology and Protein Expression programming was created to sustain the imperfection of GEP. What we call GEP is biochemical, biological, molecular biological and life reactions of living things had to be considered for creating programs. To reconstruct or repair the histology of a target organ, we have to inference the major reactions and treat them contentedly by GEP.
