Abstract
This paper describes Dynamic Knowledge Clustering System Using Web Technology. The system using Web and XML technology is aimed to make the knowledge cluster dynamically. It is hopeful to get the way of human decision making through the investigation of the clusters' processes changing on time unit for the input keyword.
