We have researched the physical aspects of the radiotherapy using pi-mesons as a injector. The pi-meson has been expected to have a appropriate dose curve inside human body, such as Brugg-peak or star formation. We discuss the ratio of the peak with the plateau of the remaining curve inside human body, and obtained a good result that the ratio is 10 to 1.
