On a Global Evaluation Method by Fuzzy Rules and Choquet Integrals : Comparison with the Fuzzy Reasoning Methods and an Application to the Healthcare Field.

Abstract

A global evaluation method by fuzzy rules and Choquet integral is proposed. Using the Choquet integral, this method expresses the interaction degrees among the input values. Using the fuzzy rule table, rules can be changed by input values 'fuzzy labels, such as small, middle and big. Despite from the various fuzzy reasoning methods, the method has good properties such as monotonicity and linearity. Lastly a medical example - evaluation for blood-sugar level - is represented.
