Abstract

I continued research and development on automated diagnosis of ECG and evaluation of health management. The study of finding the optimum method for improving diagnostic accuracy based on multiple tests has been achieved. It was found that consideration of inter-test correlation is necessary to improve diagnostic accuracy. This paper focuses on how to treat the inter-test correlation coefficient and overall diagnostic accuracy. It was cleared that the more overall diagnostic accuracy of the multiple test is earned in case of the less inter-test correlation coefficient. A randomized generation method of simulation data which has arbitrary sensitivity, specificity and inter-test correlation coefficient of each test, was developed.
