A similar (question/answer) document retrieval system by a question with some fuzziness

Abstract

Personal Computer Users 'Application technology (PCUA) had done the consultations service of the trouble of the personal computer in the past. However, the questioner was not able necessarily to obtain the answer early because the operator used the key word and it retrieved the database. Therefore, I suggest the system which searches a database without a questioner depending on an operator. This paper explains the outline and the performance of the system that doesn't need the operator and can retrieve it.
