29P-C-6 Determining the automatic mounting of electronic components board : A proposal of a procedure of judgment for electronics board

Abstract

This paper proposes a method to improve the speed and efficiency in detecting defects in electronic component hoards that are produced in an automated factory by first creating a template that has every component graphed and given a variable and then utilizing a Genetic algorithm to compare the data collected by a mounted camera on the manufacturing line to the template. All variations from the template would be defects.
