A Study on Application for Co-Working Space Management Evaluation

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to develop evaluation method for Co-working Space management. First, we introduce Co-working Space basic concepts and identified the operating elements. Next, based on the elements weight through pair-wise comparing by AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) Method and the result value through the field survey for analyzing of management activity to five business centers, we can evaluate the management status. As a result, we found out the priority of the management elements. This study has a major implication on research into development of evaluation method for Co-working Space management strategy.
