Breast cancer and genes: Application of SOM significance method to the diagnosis result of breast cancer stage

Abstract

By this report, the significant degrees determined by between the cluster classification and the diagnostic results of the doctor were compared. Comparison was performed in 50 genes extracted from 831genes by the significance method. The result by the cluster classification for each gene is 15 points score higher than the other. In terms of the deviation value, there is also a difference of 15 points.
