11. Strategy for Stop AIDS : Defuzzyless Fuzzy Set Reasoning of Public Health Factor and Number of AIDS Carriers Caused by Contact or Inhalation of HIV

Abstract

Effective approach would decrease mainly unknown root occupying 17 % of Japanese AIDS. We set PHF (public health factor) and calculated by fuzzy reasoning method without defuzzy process but with the number with the focus marks. From these results, we have to propose two strategies. One is to educate all students to be nurses during from elementary to high school. Another is to clean their hands anywhere and anyplace by setting washing hand devices.
