Abstract
Recently, the development of the material which has high rigidity and high damping capacity has been expected in mechanical engineering field. The effect of pore size of porous alumina on damping capacity of acrylic resin-porous alumina composites were investigated. The internal friction of the composites were improved by impregnating porous alumina with acrylic resin.
