Abstract
Nano-sized metal particles have recently attracted considerable interests owing to their potentials in applications. Such particles can be synthesized using physical and chemical methods. In this study, ecologically new fablication process by using ultrasound shock wave was investigated to prepare the nano-sized metal particles on various inorganic and organic materials at room temperature, and mechanisms was investigated.
