Abstract
The technology of organic-inorganic nanohybrids is one of a very important field of study, due to the development of high performance and functional materials. Moreover, the organic-inorganic nanohybrids are exciting key-materials in the field of supramolecular chemistry. Many research groups have reported the various organic-inorganic nanohybrids on fundamental and technological viewpoints up to the present. In recent, the research of the organic-inorganic nanohybrid materials based on organic polymers rapidly increases. The organic polymer-inorganic nanohybrids are expected as commercial materials used for catalysts and optical, electric, and electronic functional devices as well as high performance composites. In this paper, the current topics in the development of the organic polymer-inorganic nanohybrid materials are introduced. Furthermore, the synthesis and physicochemical properties for some nanohybrid materials are shown.
