Abstract
New porous materials with electro-conductive characteristics were fabricated by combustion synthesis process. It is possible to use the porous material with corrosion resistance as a heater. Porous materials with the 3-dimensional network structure showed good property of water capillarity. Genereation system of super heated steam over 1273K were newly constructed by using these non-oxide ceramics and intermetallic compounds of TiC and NiAl for the heater parts of the high frequency heating. The high-temperature superheated steam is effective for the environment repair including decomposition of the dioxin and carbonization of the industrial waste.
