Abstract
Thin films of Co3O4 were deposited on glass substrates through oxidation of Co2+ ion.Optimum conditions for the film deposition, such as, kind of oxidizing agent, concentrations of reactants, and solution temperature were investigated. The electrochemical properties of the thin films were characterized.
