Abstract

SrTiO₃/Nb:SrTi0₃/SrTiO₃ layered film could successfully be prepared on LaNiO₃ electrode prepared on SiO₂ substrates by chemical solution deposition method. SrTiO₃/Nb:SrTiO₃/SrTiO₃ layered film exhibited reproducible non-linear J-E characteristics and these results lead to the realization of novel electronic device composed of only ceramics through CSD.
