Abstract
Intelligent control of nano-particles dispersion or aggregation, and fabrication of minute parts by using molding-less method were studied. An optical functional group was introduced into the surface of the silica particles by using the cinnamyl alcohol of the ultraviolet photochemistry reactiveness as a surface modifier. This is a dispersibility improvement operation to the organic solvent at the same time. The crosslinking reaction between the modified silica particles by the light irradiation was examined by UV spectroscopy. As a result, it was confirmed that the ultraviolet irradiation was made a trigger, and the crosslinking reaction occurred between particles. This method applied to fabrication of porous materials.
