Abstract
By immersing an anodic alumina in ammonium hexafluorotitanate solution and ammonium hexafluorostannate at room temperature for a few hours. The obtained composite nanohole arrays are annealed at several temperatures. The photocatalytic activity of titania nanohole array for decomposition of CH3CHO was evaluated.
