Abstract

We have investigated in situ the phase transition of strontium zirconate by neutron and high-resolution synchrotron powder diffraction techniques. The unit-cell parameters increased with temperature. The sequence of existing phases was confirmed to be Pnma, Imma, I4/mcm and Pm-3m. The tilt angle decreased with increasing of temperature.
