Abstract
In order to prepare (Ca,La)Ti(0,N)3 oxynitrides with perovskite structure, the (Ca,La)TiO3+⋅ powders were nitrided in NH3 atomsphere. The obtained oxinitrides were characterized by TG-DTA, XRD and Neutron powder diffraction. It was found by TGA that the oxygen defect of (Ca,La)Ti(0,N)3 disappeared by heat-treatment at 500°C for 1h in air. Crystal structure of the (Ca,La)Ti(0,N)3 was determined to be orthorhombic space group Pbnm by the Rietveld analysis of neutron diffraction data (Rwp=4.72%, S=1.37).
