Abstract
GdBa2Cu3O7-δ and BaZrO3 composite ceramics was prepared by solid state reaction. The stability on electrical properties of the composite was investigated. A hot spot appeared on the rod with 0-70 mol% BaZrO3 when a certain voltage was applied at room temperature in air. It is found that GdBa2Cu3O7-δ-BaZrO3 composite ceramics has a high stability compared with GdBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics.
