Abstract
0.1mol/l of an aqueous solution of zinc nitrate and 1.5 mol/l of an aqueous solution of base were mixed and a tetra hydroxyl zinc acid solution was obtained. The crystallized zinc oxide particles were obtained by the heating of the zinc acid aqueous solution at 95°C for 3h. The shape of the obtained ZnO particles depended on the cation in the base. The rate of precipitation of ZnO particle from the aqueous solution also depended on the base. The precipitation rate increased with an oncrease of the ionic radius of the cation in the base.
