Abstract
A calcium titanate film was deposited on a titanium substrate in a mixed solution of calcium chloride and potassium hydroxide over 100°C. The amount and the morphology of the deposited films were varied with the concentrations of calcium chloride and that of potassium hydroxide and with the reaction temperature. There was the relation in deposition amount and form of the film. The euhedral cubic grains greatly grew, when the deposition quantity was abounding, and the cubic grains were small or the stepped surface was produced, when there were small deposition yields.
