Abstract
Composite dielectric ceramics BaTiO3/SrTiO3 were prepared by spark-plasma-sintering method. The obtained ceramics showed flat temperature dependence of permittivity within the range of r.t. - 100oC. XRD and Raman measurements suggested that the present ceramics were consisted of BaTiO3 and (Ba,Sr)TiO3 solid solutions, and such microstructures were responsible for the above temperature dependence of permittivity.
