Abstract
The polycrystalline sintered thallium compounds were prepared and the thermoelectric properties were evaluated. The thermal conductivity, electrical resistivity, and Seebeck coefficient were measured from room temperature to 600 K. The thallium compounds have a potential to be good thermoelectric materials because of their extremely low thermal conductivities.
