Abstract
We studied the frequency dispersion of complex permeability of polycrystalline Li-Zn ferrite and clarified that the ferrite has relatively large Snoek's product in spinel ferrites. It was also found that high resistivity was attained by a partial substitution of Fe with Mn. Additionally, the solid solution formation with Cu-ferrite enabled us to obtain the densification at low sintering temperature. In this study, we report the experimental results about the fabrication of multi-layer chip coil using Li-Cu-Zn ferrite and its impedance spectra.
