Abstract
Mesoporous materials prepared using self-assemblies of surfactant micelle as template are very attractive materials, because they have highly ordered nano structures. In this work, we use titanate aqueous solution and different kinds of surfactants to prepare mesostructured titania. The titanate aqueous solutions used was prepared by direct reaction of titanium(IV) isopropoxide with tetramethylammonium hydroxide and water. The XRD patterns of gel films prepared from TIP / TMAOH / CTAB showed a peak at d-spacing = 4.2 nm. And TIP / TMAOH / DP samples showed peaks corresponding to d = 3.5 nm.
