Abstract
Novel oxides Ba(1-x)BixCo(1+x)/3Nb(2-x)/3O3 were obtained by a solid state reaction method.The sample showed a pseudo cubic perovskite structure.The temperature dependence of dielectric constant and dielectric loss were investigated.The dielectric constants decreased and the dielectric loss increased with the increase of composition x.
