Abstract

Perovskite-type ceramics Ba_1-xLa_xSnO₃ were prepared by citric acid complex polymerization method and their thermoelectric properties were investigated at temperatures 373-1073 K. The properties are compared with those prepared by solid state reaction and coprecipitation methods.
