Abstract
Application of ceramics to solve the environmental and energy issues is requested recently by increasing technological demands for sustainability, saving energy and new energy creation. Assembly technologies of fine functional ceramic parts for various functional modules are requested for each application. Especially, development of the 3D integration processing technologies is expected for its application to micro-SOFC and other modules in recent.
