Abstract
The adsorption isotherms for nitrogen gas (at 77K), water vapor (at 298K) and toluene vapor (at 298K) of chemically modified silica gel were measured. The chemically modified silica gel was prepared using n-propyl triethoxysilane. The relationship between water vapor adsorption properties for control of humidity and toluene vapor adsorption properties for removal of volatile organic compound was examined.
