Abstract
It has been conducted that XTEM-EELS analysis of the electric and the optical properties in nano-region of 001 PMN-PT epitaxitial layers deposited on Si wafer with (La,Sr)CoO3-x/CeO2/YSZ triple buffer layer. The valence electron characteristics, inter-band transitions and plasmon excitation, have been observed. The band gap energy has been 3.5eV. Optical properties has also been considered.
