Abstract
La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O3 (LSGM) is a candidate electrolyte material for the low temperature solid oxide fuel cell (LT-SOFC) for its superior oxide-ion conductivity. In this study, the reactivity between the LSGM and anodes such as Ni-LSGM, Ni- Gd0.9Ce0.1O2 (GDC), Ni-10mol%Sc2O3-1mol%CeO2-89mol%ZrO2 (ScSZ) and Ni-8mol%Y2O3-92mol%ZrO2 (YSZ) was examined. The LSGM thin film was deposited on the anodes using the radio frequency (RF) magnetron sputtering method and characterized electrochemically
